Antonia Lofaso

Antonia's cuisine is a means to get inside her world. Food she cooks up is the result of her interest in the culture in Los Angeles, which was inspired by a visit to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. The carnetas and the Cavatelli are, according to her, able to coexist on the identical menu. Her taste is constantly evolving. What remains is her singular idea of the future and longingly recalling the past. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso, who is inspired with her Italian American tradition. It received the warmest welcome. The restaurant's take on classic Italian has been acclaimed as one of the most compelling restaurants for Italian cooking located in Los Angeles. Lofaso is described as a neighborhood restaurant that consistently serves food that's authentic, delicious and inviting. Lofaso studied from chefs with sophisticated cooking techniques. She didn't hesitate to take extreme risks in order to respect her own instincts. In a short time she rose to the very top of Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In the following years, she worked with a variety of famous people while transforming various Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso collaborated together with Sal Aurora to create Black Market Liquor Bar, the first bar to open in Studio City. She was able to secure an outlet in Black Market as well as the partnerships she established. Lofaso was able to achieve her dream of creativity through her collaboration. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, and that is the intention. It would start with dill-flavored potato chips Shishito peppers and finish with Korean Wings. Antonia anchors the bold range of flavours. Lofaso evaluates her achievements over the course of her career based on her ability to know her audience and be true to her personality. In the course of her career, both Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars emphasized her ability to express her personality outside of the kitchen. Since then she's maintained her professional career before cameras, including CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge and recurring appearances on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso teamed up in partnership with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to publish The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes to prepare Delicious home-cooked Meals. The book contains her personal story of the challenges she encountered while studying at her first French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that all of her successes stem from her love of cooking and she is able to keep a finger in the middle of this industry by focusing on the kitchen. She is revolutionizing her industry's design by creating chef's wear with a focus on style and function with her own brand Chefletics. What matters to Lofaso is staying true to your vision with this intention she is launching Antonia Lofaso Catering, which offers a more customized method of providing customers with an experience that is uniquely personal.
